1. The service

RefurbDesk is software that connects to the marketplaces you choose, keeps your stock, calculates profit and prepares VAT figures and invoices from your data.

2. Tax figures

Tax calculations follow the official rules published by the tax authorities, as documented in the app. You file your own returns and remain responsible for them. Check the figures before you file.

3. Marketplace access

You give RefurbDesk an API key for each marketplace. RefurbDesk only reads, until you switch on writes for an account; then it updates stock quantities and uploads invoices. You can disconnect at any time.

4. Fees and trial

14-day free trial, then the monthly plan you choose. Cancel any time; the current month is not refunded.

Each plan includes a number of customer invoices per month. Invoices above that number cost the per-invoice fee shown on the billing page; they are counted per calendar month and charged with your next monthly invoice. Prices exclude VAT.

Price changes. We may change plan prices, included invoices and the per-invoice fee. New prices apply to new subscriptions at once. For an existing subscription we tell you by e-mail at least 30 days in advance; the new terms apply from your first renewal after that notice period. Until then you keep your current terms. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel before it takes effect and you will not be charged the new price.

RefurbDesk is a service for businesses only.

5. Liability

RefurbDesk's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, except for intent or gross negligence.

6. Data

Your data stays yours. Export it any time; after cancellation it is deleted within 90 days. See the data processing agreement.
